When you sync documentation from Confluence to Intercom, it only grabs pages in the main folder but not pages from the subfolders. To keep documentation organised, it would be great if you can sync also documents stored in subfolders.
That would be helpful.
Right now, Intercom’s Confluence integration only syncs pages from the top-level space or folder, and doesn’t automatically pull in subfolder content, which can be limiting for teams with structured docs.
It’d be great if the sync could go deeper and include subfolders to keep everything organized and accessible without needing to move or flatten the docs. Hopefully this is something the team considers improving!
