Has anyone found an efficient way to handle holiday hours (being closed for one day or limited hours)?

I am finding it time consuming to have to update all my hours just to be closed or be opened limited hours on one day.

It isn't ideal but I save these and find I can often reapply them.  Only takes me a couple of minutes to apply them to each of my team inboxes.

Hi @jasmyn​&#128075; You know it's hard to update all working hours for on day :/ In Intercom it's not yet possible to just define holidays by date (Or even use country base holidays, like google calendar) but you can set-up bot for this and add not in messenger:I Think that define holidays by entering dates will be a nice feature, Google calendar has such feature inserting all public holidays by country.You should submit this feedback to @Product Wishlist​, maybe someone from Intercom product team see this suggestion.Hope this helps in you case.
