Anyone asking for two csat scores?

I want to ask how people feel about the Support in that specific interaction, and how they feel about our product overall. 

I can’t add two CSATs with intercom because one overrides the next. Is there an App you recommend to get this feel?

I see! In this case, you are 100% looking at 3rd party CSAT tool, which is sent to the user as an app. Simplesat should do the trick for you :)

Hi ​@Anthony Miller 2 ! I have used Simplesat before, and I think you should be able to send different surveys for both. Could you tell a bit more about what you’d like to accomplish?

I am looking for customer insights into our service, and our product. Right now, our service seems to be getting penalized for some perceived holes in our product functionality and I need deeper insight into that.

That said, we always love hearing what our customers want, and the best place to share feedback like this is our Community Product Wishlist. How are you sending two surveys? According to the Simplesat documentation, it will still only send the one.

You would need to send the first one as an app, so as a part of Macro or a Workflow step where you get to choose which survey to send. I don’t think you can send both at the same time, though (and it’s a bad UX anyway). 

Another alternative is to use Intercom CSAT in the conversation and send the other survey as an outbound message on the URLs where Intercom “lives’ :)
