At the moment, there is not a way to auto-tag users as they receive a Post, outside of a Series. But I would love to pass this along as a feature request for the product team. Feel free to provide any additional context on why the standalone message is necessary for your team!
Hi Racheal, in my team’s case, the use case for automated tagging in a standalone post is the same as it would be for automated tagging in Series: to enable user engagement analysis in Amplitude.
@Greg S13 our integration can help by analyzing every conversation and applying the necessary tags automatically. It works retroactively and in real time, so future interactions get tagged as they happen.
