I’ve checked out the best practice articles, but since this will be my first time doing it, I’d appreciate any recommendations for an app from the Intercom App Store to help filter out suspicious email lists. Thanks!

While Intercom doesn’t have any native integrations we can recommend, there are a few third party apps you might check out. These Neverbounce, Mailbox Validator, and Emailable. Give those a look, and feel free to reach out to the app developers directly (their contact info will be listed in the app listing) for more info on using those apps within Intercom.
