Custom Attribute delay

Hello!  

I’m wondering if anyone knows why there might be a delay in custom attributes being updated to a “true” status/how long it takes to process. I’m using this to form a rule and currently the delay in attribute updating within intercom is 6+ hours which isn’t ideal.
