Deleting outbound posts

I add an outgoing post every month, to let our clients know of upcoming Windows updates / server reboots.

I remove these posts from the Outbound > Messages section, but they remain visible and accessible in the front-end Intercom messages that are visible to our clients.

Is there a way to have these removed?

Hi ​@cobbsy99 ! Outbound messages, unfortunately, cannot be deleted from the user once they have been delivered, but have you considered using Banners or the News section for the updates? If the goal is to notify your users about updates or server reboots, Banners would be way more efficient, I think.
