Error when uploading images on product tour

I’m running into an issue when trying to upload an image to the product tour—it keeps erroring out. Even after compressing and resizing the image, it still won’t upload.

​@Lateisha Stewart-Greene  Strangely I was able to add this without issues… I’m wondering if maybe you’ve got a Chrome extension installed or something that might be causing issues?  I’ll send you back the version of the file that worked for me and see if that helps.

    ​@Lateisha Stewart-Greene  sorry you are getting this error, in my experience sometimes images can have issues that come from the app they are created in... Sometimes an image converter might help resolve this type of issue.

     

    Trying running your image through something like 

    https://convertio.co/image-converter/

     

    And try again, see if this resolves the problem.

    Hi @Nathan Sudds! I tried using the image converter, but unfortunately I’m still getting an error. It just keeps saying error, try again.
