Excluding users who are currently in a specific series

I want to exclude users from a series who are currently in a certain other series. Is 'has entered' the other series adequate or do I also need to specify 'have not completed/disengaged/exited' the series?

Hey ​@Amy C, 

I’d recommend using the following filters to ensure you are targeting users who aren’t currently in the Series but who may have already completed/engaged with the Series.
