I’d love someone to explain to me like I’m 5, how Guided Users work. If I do a 5 step product tour, then that counts as 1 guided user if they go through all 5 steps right?
What about if there’s a checklist and it links out to 5 different product tours? Would that be 5 different guided users or 1 guided user?

First, A+ gif choice- could not have done better myself. A Guided User is a unique individual that has been sent a Product Tour in the past month. So, it doesn’t matter if they make it through all 5 steps only if they were sent the Tour. In the case of your Checklist, we count unique users, so one user viewing 5 Tours is 1 guided user.
