hyperlinks in email sent via messages api

I send an email via the messages api and most of the links work except for one. all working links start with “www” but this one is “https://help.optiseller.com/en/”. does intercom support links that do not start with “www”

@iain fraser  It looks like for some reason the Safelinks Protection plugin for Microsoft Defender in your Outlook is detecting this as a threat for whatever reason, you may need to look into if it’s been blacklisted by the app for some reason.  See more information here. 
 

This means it could be unrelated to Intercom if you can send the email to an account not using Safelinks or test another url without the www to see if you have the same problem.

    when i click on the link i get this error
