In the scheduling section of any message when creating a Serie, I can't choose to stop sending a message after some date as in regular campaigns. Since campaigns will soon be deprecated, is there any workaround, is it something that you might consider to ad. It doesn't seem crazy to be able to stop certain messages within a Serie after some date. At least it might be useful to prevent users from entering a Serie after some time. Thanks in advanced

Is there a way to auto-tag all links in Outbound Emails with UTM parameters, in order to track the performance of our emails in GA, etc? I can't see any setting or way to configure this - seems like something that would be very useful for lots of people!

In a serie I have a banner (We can call it Banner A) , I know I can trigger another banner (we can call it Banner B) when someone click or react to banner A. What I want to know is how to trigger a banner B if banner A is closed or ignored. What I want to know, is how to trigger Banner B, if someone didn't react to banner A (or just close the banner) after let's say 7 days ? He see the banner , but he close it, he see the banner but he didn"t react to it ?

For example, we have a 4-part educational series that I'd like to space a few days apart to be delivered by Intercom email. We're introducing the option to opt-in via another series (an onboarding series) with a link in the message that says something like, "Want to learn more about [this really cool thing]?  However, I can't see how to trigger the educational series when the person clicks that link. Is there another/better way to do this?

I have multiple links in one email in particular and I want to tag based on which link they click.

Not sure if it's a bug or not but there's a feature that went missing.When sending an outbound mail to a filtered audience you used to be able to send a preview of the mail with example data from the audience. One of my colleagues asked me if this was still possible, and to my surprise it's gone. I could swear I saw the checkbox a few days ago.

I'm trying to create a series for on boarding new users.The series currently consists of "how-to" posts that pop up when the user is on a specific url.I now want to create a post to finish the series, that appears once the user has visited ALL of those urls (there are 6 in total). Is this possible? Thanks!

The Series interface thinks I am creating an infinite loop, but I don't believe I am. I have 2 sets of emails for users - 1 if they are an active user, and another if they are inactive. I want these setup in the same series so we can see if a user becomes active or inactive, and send them to the beginning of the appropriate set of emails. Before sending each email, I do a check to see if they have or haven't already been sent that email. So if they have already gotten any of the emails, they'll never get that one again, and the Series will skip to check if they have received the next email. That's how we're getting around the infinite loop issue in reality, but Intercom/Series still thinks its an infinite loop. Is there any way to get around this? Related, how can we create a group of messages that are all eligible to send at any given point, without more than 1 sending per day, and can be sent out of order, whenever someone matches criteria for a m

I can't get my PT to start....the preview works just fine. The url is correct, the site is correct but when I'm on that page no pop-up!

Is there a way to target people based on a specific link that's been clicked in an email, rather than just that they opened and clicked an email? i.e. a question is asked with multiple options, we'd then target in-app msg based on what option they choose.

The Intercom Messenger sends events whenever someone submits email address. Similarly what events get triggered when someone submits email via Banner? This is important for us as we're tracking performance in a different reporting tool.

I assumed we could use the 'Last Contacted tag for this. Intercom defines Last contacted at as "The time they were last contacted by you, with an auto/manual message, or with a reply in a conversation" But I see that this does not include if they received an automated tour. Even if the user has received a tour 2 days ago, setting the rule 'Last Contacted > 3 days ago' fails to exclude them. 

When would a banner message be useful?

Currently, and for the past years, we have only supported help and questions through email and phone. Now users, leads and visitors will have the chance to use the messenger instead.What amount of increased traffic should we expect? :)

How can I customise my banner message?

I worked for hours on a new Series draft yesterday, built out all rules, emails, etc. and it was all saved. Came back to it this morning, it was fine. Now the majority of the elements are gone/missing. Emails (all but the first one) are missing, no rules. It's like it rolled back 24 hours. Help!

I've been exporting all message data as in https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/v0/reference#downloading-the-dataBut I can't see how to keep track of messages within series with this message data model. Recent exports I've made (now we use Series instead of regular campaigns for some promotions) have broken my reports, since the column Folder / CampaignName is set NULL. Please help

We have tried using the Intercom default outbound address for ema ils, but we experienced that all of our emails and replies to emails ended up in spam or junk from the clients. We then switched to using "Use teammate's Intercom account email", which has been fine in terms of delivery, but now all the clients get access to our personal work email and the clients end up sending emails outside of the Intercom sphere and directly to our Outlook.  It seems both versions are creating issues for us. Do you have any experience with the above or any suggestions on how to combat these two issues?

When editing an email message in a regular campaign, in the select audience section, there is a very useful filter to avoid SPAM folders, which excludes disengaged users (users who hasn't opened past 20 emails or so). I can't see such a feature when editing an email within a Serie. Is there a workaround? is this filter set by default when the message is within a Serie?

We are a LMS platform that hosts learning content of different organizations. We have a product tour on how to use our platform, but diferent organizations are set up with dufferent brandinng colors etc. How do we set up the tour in such a way that the same tour appears for different organizations.
