I know it could be done on Meta or other CRM platform.
And u know the messages are way more attractive if media files added.
Or is it just like a paid alternative function on intercom?

Currently, we don’t support rich media like images in WhatsApp message templates. I agree that it would be a nice ability to have!

Indeed, we are looking for another CRM platform which could insert rich media in WA message templates. But it would be perfect if we could just stick to intercom.
