Open a chat from a banner click

Question

I’m adding a Banner, and I would like to open a Chat if a user interacts with the banner. Eg. “Here is new feature X, click here to give feedback.” → Opens chat. Is there any way to do this?

@David SmythSimilar to @Aleksei O‘s idea here, you could also launch a page with that click to somethingabout the feature and trigger a chat to launch when someone visits that url as well.So you should have a couple options there!

Hi @David Smyth!This should be possible with Series, I’ve added an example of how it can be built below:Your Entry rules will be the audience rules for the banner. then if the user has, for example, clicked the link in the banner, you could send them a Workflow, which can consist of only one path, e.g. “Chat with us” button.
