We create a outbound message-tour, and it doesn’t work as expected. The state is live, no error at all, everything seems goodBut when we test it, it’s not there.

@Lynnain my experience, 99% of the issues are related to CSS. Could you indeed send the screenshot of the first step trigger (with the CSS element the tour is hooked on)and the URL of the page if it’s accessible?
