Hi, since I manage certain series, I would like to create a View in Outbound where I can only see the series relevant to me. That way, I don’t have to search through all series, but can directly access the active ones for my department with a single click.

Then, in the main Series page, filter to show just those Series that have your tag:

You can create a custom view in Outbound to see only the series or messages relevant to you by using filters and saved views.
Use the filter options to narrow down by content type, audience, sender, tag, or other criteria that match your department or the series you manage. Once you have applied the desired filters, click "Save View," give it a name and icon, and it will appear in your left navigation menu for quick access.
Note: Views are message-level only and do not filter Series directly, but you can filter by content type to include Series. Saved views are workspace-level, so all teammates will see them.
This setup allows you to quickly access the active content relevant to your department with a single click
