Set a date to pause / stop a series ahead of time

I’m using series to promote webinars / events. Such a series won’t be relevant after a specific date. I can set a date to stop a single email or post from being sent out, but not pause a series? Please provide this feature so that I don’t send outdated information out to customers if I forget to manually pause a series.

Dear @Constance Tan  👋,

@Dara K is right it’s not yet on Intercom but how about to use some workaround magic? = )

Instead of create e-Mail and Post in series, just Tag Users with specific tag let’s say:

Then create left alone message from Outbound->Messages:

Here’s the workaround:

And then you can define stop date for this e-mail as it’s not part of Series ;)

Hope you got my point and let me know if you have any question = )

I can also recored small tutorial for you.

Happy Easter 🐰

Best,

Hey @Constance Tan this is a great idea, unfortunately the only way to do it today would be to set an end date on each outbound message.

I suggest submitting this to our product wishlist as a feature request.
