Third Party Access to Transcripts

Question

Is there a way to grant access to a third party vendor to analyze all our transcripts? I can see how they can be download easily from a team member but is there a way to grants access to a separate party to go in and download or analyze all transcripts from the last two years?

Hey @Peter78Racheal from the support engineer team here👋In order for someone to have access to your workspace they would need to be invited to your workspace as a teammate. You also have the option of a collaborator seat depending on which subscription you are on. Collaborator seats allow other individuals/teams in and outside your organization to collaborate with a support team to resolve customer issues (e.g. finance and billing teams, legal counsels, engineers and designers, etc. Collaborators will see a simplified Inbox with somenotable differencesfrom their teammates that have full Inbox seat. Collaborator seats are available for our customers with Support Premium.If you aren’t looking to give the vendor access to your workspace I would suggest using our API to export your workspace data and sending the response over to your vendor to analyze that way.
