What is the best way to develop automated onboarding for our users?

Question

I am looking to use the bot and our online articles to develop a workflow triggered when a new user logs in or a user who hasn't completed the articles logs back in. I'm relatively new to Intercom. Is there a guide to assist me with this?I'm also open to other ways of doing it so I welcome comments if you have suggestions!
