Hi Community,

 

I’m successfully sending WhatsApp template through Series, but no conversation is being created in Outbound.

 

Can you assist if I’m doing anything wrong?

Hi ​@alisher, this is how it should work. Outbound WhatsApp messages do not create a conversation, unless the customer replies.
