Why is an email in my Series not sending?

We have a series set up with multiple waterfall conditions. The first condition in the sequence successfully sent an email. BUT despite the other conditions being met - the related emails have not been sent,

Hey @andy e​, can you include a screenshot of the rules in the "Sam Powell" Rules block, including any URL targeting which you may have applied?

This appears to be a consistent issue with Intercom.
