@kamil rโ€‹ @pranayโ€‹ I know both of you have previously asked about building reports to show the number of conversations per customer, which is something you'd be able to build with our new custom reports feature!

Awesome @eric f11โ€‹ will that metric be available on user and company level? Number of conversation they participated in (excluding messages without replies) / initiated?

Right now, @kamil rโ€‹, you'd only be able to do this on a user level, using the User tag filter. Essentially, you can apply a tag to the customer you want to measure, then apply the User tag filter to a custom report.

I was hoping to simply have a counter of conversations on a user/account level, so I could use that for targeting, qualification, deeper analysis.

Does ML suggestions work only with conversations in English?

Hi @piaโ€‹, at the moment yes that's correct.

Suggestions were built primarily for English conversations in this first release.

Topics you define will work in multiple languages as long as the keywords match.

What languages are important to you for suggestions?

Thanks for the answer! Yet, this is really helpful as there is the possibility to manually add topics but of course, it would save a lot of time with automation. For this (as well as for the Resolution bot) I am eagerly waiting support for Nordic languages ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Hey @kamil rโ€‹  and @user930โ€‹

It's so great to hear your feedback on this. We've got it on our radar to add in more data, so this is really valuable.

I'd love to hear more about both your use cases to make sure I capture what additional metrics and attributes you would like to see in reporting . I'll reach out to you both separately to get more context.

Understood! Thanks @piaโ€‹! I've made note of this feedback. I hope I can share positive news on this front soon ๐Ÿ˜Š
