Hi Intercom Community!

I’m Casey, a new Technical Writer + Learning Content Specialist with Hauler Hero. I’m learning the Intercom ropes since my experience is mainly in Help Scout and Kustomer. I’m excited to read through everyones tips and tricks and submit some product ideas.
