Since Operator is the one sending the response to sad face reactions, the text in those replies will be adjusted to the overall tone that the Operator uses.
What this means is, like any other messages sent by Operator, those replies will be standardized and won't be customizable. The goal of that is to ensure consistency and establish recognizable identity of Operator as a _non human_ helper.
If you have specific feedback on this, I would be happy to share it with the team who designed Operator!
