Hi Everyone, My name is Sachin Duggal, and I lead a growing enterprise in the bag manufacturing industry, dedicated to quality and innovation.

I’m about to launch a new product and want to create a beta waitlist for a segment of customers. Here’s my plan:

  1. Send a targeted message to customers, asking them to join the waitlist.
  2. Collect “Yes” or “No” responses to gauge interest.
  3. Prioritize access based on the order in which customers opt in.

I’d like advice on the best tools and strategies to:

  • Collect responses efficiently.
  • Manage and organize the waitlist.
  • Gradually release access in a systematic way.

Has anyone done this before? Any tips, tools, or examples would be a big help!

Looking forward to your suggestions!

Regards

Sachin Duggal

Hey @sdbags 👋 Jacques here from Support Engineering!

You could send your targeted messages to your Users and tag them appropriately with the Workflows feature! It could look something like below:

You can trigger the workflow to send a message when your Users hit a certain page in your website (ie. Home Page URL), then send them a message asking if they want to join the waiting list. If they select Yes, you can send them a message giving them access!

Here are some resources to help you get started with using our Workflows feature:

Hope this helps!
