Can someone give an use case to when to use ‘Save reply value to attribute’?

This is a great way to build out the user profile for information that's missing or to add relevant info from a support interaction to the user data for future use on audiences or filters.One example would be essentially a small survey response, asking them a question then storing the answer on the profile similar to this:https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/5973831-collecting-survey-responses-as-user-attributesMaybe you want to ask them about their primary device for example.Hope this helps
