Hi,
I’d like to have new visitors (leads) to enter their name (via attributes) when they enter the chat.
I think I was able to do that with Simple Qualification.
But it is not showing in my messenger.
I’m on trial, going to Starter soon.
Qualify Leads is set to “on”.

There are a number of things that could be happening. You could have an Outbound Bot that is prioritized over the Qualification Task Bot, for example. We’re also replacing Task Bots with our workflows feature so it’s possible you’re on a newer workspace that uses Workflows instead. I’ve linked your question to our Support Team so they can see what features your workspace has and can work with you to help you understand why you’re not seeing the Bot with those attribute collectors. You should get an email when they reach out!
