I’m wondering if agents can send our customers a calendar feature for them to book a onboarding call but something that’s built in Intercom rather than a external calendar app, I haven’t seen it yet, is there such a feature already?

For anyone interested in this at the moment Intercom does not have a built-in native calendar for booking calls or meetings directly within the platform itself.
We have several options available from our the App Store. You can explore other calendar apps that may better suit your needs. Just go to Settings > Integrations > App Store > search Calendar.
