We receive a large amount of requests from the Email channel. I have a set of rules in place to tag conversations and wish to provide Buttons with potential self serve answers for requests arriving via Email.

Hey @user260, we do not currently support emails as a channel for any of our bot functions (Custom Bot, Resolution Bot etc.). I'd be happy to flag your feature request here via our @Product Wishlist group.
