Can I ask contacts for certain details based on if they are from a company?

Question

We want to ask webiste visitors through Intercom Messenger (Task Bot) a yes/no if they are from a company. Based on their reply we want to ask them:NameCompanyPhoneEmail Or NamePhoneEmail I can't see that this is possible to do?

Hey @henrik a​&#128075; To set up this bot, go toOperator > Task Bots > For Leadsand clickQualify leads.Here, you'll choose asimple qualification, which will ask everyone the same details, or anadvanced qualification,whichwill request different details for different categories of leads.Simple qualification will allow you to select data including but not limited to: name, email address, company name, company size, company website, and company industry, as well as existing custom data.The advanced qualification Task Bot can ask leads a customizable multiple choice question to understand who they are or what they are interested in, then qualify them uniquely based on their answer.By default the Operator will ask leads "What term best describes who you are or what you're looking for", with the answers to these questions recorded under "Lead Category" within Intercom. Other examples of ways you can identify leads include:By Job Title: Asking "What team do you work on?"ex.Support, Marketing, SalesBy Company Type: Asking "What type of company do you work for?" ex.Technology, Retail, MedicalBy Professional Status: Asking "What is your company role"?ex. Manager, Director, Independent ContractorThen, just as you would for the Simple Qualification Task Bot, define the qualification data you'd like Operator to ask your leads (up to 4 pieces of data for each answer). Hi @lisa b11​Thank you for confirming. This does work and looks really good! The issue I was having was due to Intercom not being configured corrrectly on a landing page we have for testing. My next step is trying out Custom Bot &#128526;
