So, I have enabled a task bot which ask for contact details when leads starts a new conversation ,and added the 2 minutes delay during office hours... but, what I'm looking for is to disable this bot during office hours!

Also, it is possible to edit this task bot response? Or create a custom bot that works the same way, sending a message to leads when a new conversation starts, only outside office hours.
Hey @user639, task bots cannot be disabled during office hours. That's a feature request for now (so I'm going to tag in our @Product Wishlist group to record that for you!)
Your best bet here would be to create a Custom Bot and use this to qualify your leads, exactly as you've outlined. Custom Bots can be scheduled to only send during office hours.
