Can I set up a custom bot to map an answer to a field (that is required) to create a SF lead?

The product category field on our SF Lead object is required. That field is restricted to a set of picklist values (see below screenshot.) Can I build a custom bot to either have the customer choose from a product list that I create OR map whatever answer the user enters to be one of the values in this picklist? Thanks in advance!
