Can you add an open text field to a custom bot?

Hey everyone ✋ I'm creating a NPS question custom bots, and I wanted to know if it was possible to have an open text field?I want to be able to ask customers why they selected a specific score, and then from there, follow up with thank you message in the next (and last) path.
