I have completed Messenger web integration and set a Custom Bot live, but when I go to test it on our trial webpage the Custom Bot does not appear.

Since it seems that your page is available only internally (I can not access it), it might have to do something with Intercom not getting the data... not sure. If not that, then I would need more info about the rules you set.
