From our backend app we are responding with different canvas JSON objects based on user input while adding an app. We can see that our canvas JSON is sent properly, but it's not rendered correctly at Intercom side. Please check and let us know.

It is difficult to pin down exactly what's happening here without all of the information, but I would assume that either 1. the JSON is malformed or 2. we are failing to process the request. I would check to see if there are any errors being thrown, particularly anything like 40X or 42X. Please also see our documentation on the Canvas object to ensure that everything looks correct, and that you are not sending data that exceeds the size limit. If the canvas is rendering, but not how you expected, it might be worth double checking that you've set the content correctly.
