Howdy Team,
Is there an existing solution for an in chat form that is triggered when someone wants to download a gated content piece?
In this article by the Intercom design team, they discuss how an embedded form is a great solution but don't think this functionality exists for custom bots.
Any insights welcome. Thanks!
