Closing chats

I have a bot flow built, but on some of them I want them to close if the ‘end bot’ doesn’t get completed by the customer. Is that possible?

Example:

Bot → customer answer → article delivered → Customer is given a choice to chat, end, or start over.

I want a bot to close out the chat if they never respond. Is that possible for it to run only on this small section of the flow?

Hey @Crystal Stephens 👋🏼 Shauna here from Support!

It’s not possible to set up that the ‘bot auto-closes’ if the customer doesn’t interact/respond on a specific pathway or multiple pathways. You can only set this up for all ‘specific custom bots’ e.g. here in operator settings - https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/operator/settings

This would be a feature request - I will flag this with the Product team for you 🚀 Please feel free to share any feedback you have on this and I will pass it along for you!
