It’s not possible to set up that the ‘bot auto-closes’ if the customer doesn’t interact/respond on a specific pathway or multiple pathways. You can only set this up for all ‘specific custom bots’ e.g. here in operator settings - https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/operator/settings.
