Creating a bot that identifies client manage and sends the conversation to their Gmail address to respond

Is there a way to create a bot that identifies the users Client manager (who isn't on intercom) and send that conversation directly to their Client manager?

Hey @cassandra d12​! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here &#128295;If the information of the client's manager is not available in Intercom, there won't be a way for the bot to identify this. I'd suggest creating this "client manager" as a custom attribute for people, and populating the attribute via your login snippet. This way, when you create your Outbound bot, you'll be able to use "client manager" as an attribute. You can then assign the conversation to x admin based on that attribute. Use the "condition" content to check the user's "client manager", and then assign the conversation in a follow up action.Hope this helps &#128588;
