How can I bring up a custom bot when someone clicks on "send us a message" in our app? See image. Ideally, id like the custom bot to show up instead of "send us a message"

Hey @gary z I don't think this is possible at this point using custom bots. You can definitely set one up after a customer has sent a message using this feature, but not without their interaction first. In case that's what you were after, you can set up the custom bot from new conversations under Operator.

Question: on Custom bots from new conversations, how can I go multiple layers deep on the bot? Looks like I can only have the initial paths, and then it only allows me to have the customer add a text input. Also, why can't I use variables in the welcome message?
