I’m afraid it’s only possible to embed a video on the first path of the Workflow - the Welcome one.
This functionality is available when you use the triggers When a customer visits your site, When a customer clicks on a website element, and when using Reusable bots.
That’s a great suggestion, though, and I've logged this for our product team to review ✅
