Is there a way to embed a video in the path of the workflow or only in the welcome?

Hey @Esimo Support👋Larissa here from Intercom Support.I’m afraid it’s only possible to embed a video on the first path of the Workflow - the Welcome one.This functionality is available when you use the triggers When a customer visits your site, When a customer clicks on a website element, and when using Reusable bots.That’s a great suggestion, though, and I've logged this for our product team to review✅Hope this helps!
