I have no access to your plan as this is a forum mainly for communications between fellow users and not necessarily Intercom employees. If you contact them in the chat directly, they will be able to answer this quite fast.
When it comes to the bot, it is quite easy to set up and you have a wide range of bots to choose from. To be able to do this:
- Click on Operator. You will end up with this page:

- Then click on New Custom Bot.
You will now have the possibility to choose from the different kind of bots Intercom is providing:
- Outbound: To greet users with an incoming message when they, for example, visit your website for the first time.
- From a button: Send an automatic message when a user clicks on a website element.
- New conversations: When users are opening the chat.
- Conversation state: When a conversation has a specific state, for example when you close it or reopen it.
- Reusable bots: My personal favorite. Send users from one bot to another, depending on the choice they do in the chat. You will need to first set up one of the bots mentioned over to be able to use this one.

Thank you for your answer, that's kind of you :) Well I have been researching and reading around and I think I found out answers and a better idea of what to so for our bot.
