How do I change the teammate that the initial message to visitors is shown? I am on the starter package.

Shauna here from Support! Could you clarify - when you mention "initial message", is this a welcome message in your Outbound section or something different?

 

It might be best checking this section - https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/outbound/all- to see if you can find the message there 👀

 

If not, pop onto us via the messenger with a screenshot of the messenger & we can have someone dig into it for you 👍🏼
