How do I combine a bot welcome message with Resolution Bot?

Hi! I would like the bot to send a welcome message as soon as the user starts a new conversation. However, I would like the user to type in his question afterwards (triggering the resolution bot keywords), instead of having to respond through the selection of buttons.

Hey @danieli​ ! You can send a chat/post message and when a customer sends a reply you can trigger the resolution bot. Here is an article on that. Would this work for you?
