I've just launched custom bots recently and see that if the customer doesn't respond to a bot question within 3 minutes it routes it to a live person. How do I turn this off? I would prefer to not route them to a person after 3 minutes. Thanks!

Hey @user2182! A custom bot can be auto closed from Operator settings if there is no response from the customer.Here is an article on that.
