How to restrict ZipCode to 5 Chars in INterCom Chatbot

Can you elaborate on what do you mean by that? Restrict Zip Code where?
If you are referring to restricting the Custom Attribute -”zipCode” to have only 5 characters I am sure it is not possible at the moment. I can put it as a Feature Request.
Can you tell me more about your use case for that feature?
