Is it possible to create a callable phone call link so visitor can click on phone number in the chat and it opens the native mobile caller app so visitor can make a direct call from the bot conversation ?

Hello @belinda​ - to achieve this just add a link and start the URL field with "tel:" and then a phone number.

Like this "tel:+180012345678"
