Is it possible to open Custom Bot (From a Button) on iOS?

For example, if you want to ask users for feedback using your Custom Bot 🤷‍♂️ How it can be implemented on iOS/Android?

Hey again @user557​ - there is actually a solution to this which slipped my mind when I first replied to you, apologies!

 

For mobile apps, you should use Mobile Carousels in place of Product Tours. Product Tours are optimised for web performance, whereas Mobile Carousels are optimised for mobile apps.

 

Here's a guide on how to launch Mobile Carousels from a button in your app.

Hey @user557​! Currently, it's not possible to open a bot on a button within a mobile app. I'm going to tag in our @Product Wishlist​ group here so as to record this as a feature request!
