Is it possible when using round robin to see who is next in the order to receive a chat?

As far as I know, there is no such feature at this time to see who is next in order. May I know a little bit more about your use case?

Once Round Robin assignment is turned on, new conversations will be assigned to each available teammate in alphabetical order. So to see who's next, just see who last received a conversation and the next teammate in line will be the one below them in alphabetical order 👍
