I want to send NPS surveys from survicate in a custom bot, after users have triggered a certain event in our app, but I want to send it if they have never answered the survey before or if it has been x days since their last answer.
Is the answer to have a duplicate bot with the other rule?

@nick y ! Yes, that's right. If you are tracking it as events, you need to create a duplicate bot for the other event.
