I’ve been running into a comparable issue while implementing webhook event handling. Occasionally, I’m seeing intermittent timeouts or missing event deliveries, which suggests the problem might be related to server response latency or connection retries not being handled properly.
I know this topic has been mentioned before, but I wanted to check if anyone has found a more stable workaround or configuration update that improves reliability. Looks like the issue happens due to an expired header token. Try reauthorizing the Jira for Tickets app and enable “Custom Automations” — it resolves the 401 Unauthorized error.
